About usLeisure & Gaming plc was incorporated on 10 August 2004 and admitted to the London Stock Exchange Alternative Investment Market (AiM) on 3 September 2004, with the purpose of identifying and acquiring businesses in the gaming sector. On 23 June 2006 the company acquired the entire share capital of Betshop Group (Europe) Limited which operates online and land-based gaming businesses in Europe, mainly in Italy.
