Insofar as the Company is aware, 14.8% of shares are not in public hands.

 

Restrictions on transfers of shares

Save as described below, there are currently no restrictions on any of the securities of Leisure & Gaming plc. The Board of Directors have a discretion to refuse to register the transfer of shares held in certificated format where either the shares in question are not fully paid, or where the documentation sent to the Company relating to the transfer is incomplete or defective.

 

The Company may refuse to register the transfer of shares held in uncertificated format (i.e. though CREST) in the circumstances provided for by the Uncertificated Securities Regulations 2001.
